You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account or place any bet on Bloxflip. This is an absolute requirement — there are no exceptions. Bloxflip takes underage gambling seriously and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 18, with all balances forfeited.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Bloxflip reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage — including CNIC, passport, or driving licence — and to suspend account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using an online betting platform is not expressly prohibited at the time of placing bets. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Bloxflip complies with the laws applicable to you.
Each person may hold only one Bloxflip account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You may not use another person's identity, provide false information, or register on behalf of a third party. Bloxflip uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before Bloxflip will process your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and, in some cases, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. KYC verification typically completes within 15–30 minutes during business hours.

Bloxflip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. These general bonus terms apply to all Bloxflip promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. You must meet the stated wagering requirement — that is, wager the bonus amount a specified number of times — before bonus winnings can be transferred to your real-money balance or withdrawn. Wagering requirements are set out clearly in each promotion's individual terms and typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting and live cricket bets generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games contribute at rates between 50% and 100%. Jackpot slots and virtual sports contributions are specified in individual promotion terms. Bets placed during bonus play that are voided, cancelled, or otherwise do not settle will not count toward wagering requirements.
All bets placed on Bloxflip are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Full betting rules for each sport are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports and cricket betting on Bloxflip.
Once a bet is accepted by the Bloxflip system and a confirmation reference number is issued, the bet is final. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player after acceptance. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming. Bloxflip is not liable for bets placed in error.
For cricket specifically: if a match is abandoned or reduced by weather before reaching the minimum number of overs required for a result under DLS method, all markets not already settled will be voided and stakes returned. In-play betting markets close at various points during a match — the available betting window is displayed in real time on the Bloxflip betting interface.
Odds displayed at the time you click "Place Bet" may differ from the odds at which the bet is actually accepted, due to real-time market movement. Bloxflip uses odds acceptance settings that you can configure in your account. Review your odds acceptance preference before placing live in-play bets.
Live casino games at Bloxflip are governed by the rules of the specific game variant in play, which are displayed within each game interface. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run return rates and do not guarantee individual session results. All live games use certified physical equipment — real cards and roulette wheels — with outcomes determined by genuine physical randomness.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, Bloxflip's system will complete the hand or round according to the game rules in effect at the point of disconnection. Refunds or bet voids due to player disconnections are not available unless the disconnection was demonstrably caused by a technical fault on Bloxflip's side, as verified by server logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bloxflip and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:
Bloxflip uses sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, access may be temporarily suspended while the review is conducted. Bloxflip will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player by email.
Bloxflip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Where a suspension is triggered by a suspected breach of these terms, the account will remain suspended until the investigation is complete. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your own Bloxflip account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. If you close your account while a balance remains, Bloxflip will return all real-money funds (less any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
Bloxflip will not close an account as a substitute for self-exclusion. If you wish to stop gambling, please use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings or contact the responsible gaming team — see Section 11 below.

Bloxflip's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Bloxflip is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being offered or incorrect winnings being paid, Bloxflip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, or to recover incorrectly paid winnings from account balances. Bloxflip may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, platform features, or operational procedures. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email at the address registered on their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
Continued use of the Bloxflip platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
