Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and complete the three-step form — personal details, contact information and password. You'll then receive a one-time SMS code to verify your mobile number. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Only one account per person is permitted.

No. Bloxflip strictly permits one account per person. If multiple accounts are detected — even if registered with different emails or mobile numbers — all accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances forfeited. If you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it before any action is taken.

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Personal Details. You can update your email or mobile number there — both require verification with a one-time code sent to the new contact detail before the change takes effect. If you no longer have access to the original email or number, contact support at support@bloxflip.bet with identity verification documents.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are your Pakistani CNIC or passport. In some cases a proof of address — such as a recent utility bill — may also be requested. Documents are submitted through the secure portal in Account Settings. Bloxflip never asks for documents by email, chat or SMS. Verification typically completes within 15–30 minutes during business hours.

You can request account closure through Account Settings or by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If you're closing because gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead — it includes safeguards that voluntary closure alone doesn't provide. Deposits & Payments

Bloxflip accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) credit instantly. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within 15–30 minutes. Card payments are instant.

The minimum deposit on Bloxflip is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have its own daily transfer limits. Bloxflip does not charge any fee for deposits — the amount you send is the amount credited to your account.

First check your transaction history in Account Settings — if the deposit appears as "Pending" it is still being processed. Mobile wallet deposits should credit within 1–2 minutes; IBFT transfers within 30 minutes. If more time has passed and the deposit still isn't showing, contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number, sending mobile number, and the amount. Do not send a second deposit until the first is resolved.

No. Bloxflip requires all deposits to come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are flagged and the funds returned. This policy protects both you and the platform from financial fraud. All withdrawal methods must also be registered in your name.

Bloxflip does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transfer charges — check with them directly if you're unsure. The full amount you deposit, after any third-party fees your provider deducts, will be credited to your Bloxflip account.
Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process in under one minute once your KYC verification is complete. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are also fast — usually within a few minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take between 30 minutes and a few hours depending on the receiving bank. Card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the card issuer.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no set maximum, but very large withdrawals may be processed in batches or subject to an additional identity check for security purposes. You can view your withdrawal history and pending requests in the Account section.

A withdrawal showing as "Pending" is in our processing queue. If it has been pending for more than 30 minutes for a mobile wallet or more than 6 hours for a bank transfer, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and the registered account details. Common causes of delays include incomplete KYC, a mismatch between your registered name and the receiving account, or a high volume of processing at certain times of day.

Withdrawals are most commonly rejected due to incomplete KYC verification, a withdrawal method that isn't registered in your own name, an active wagering requirement on a bonus balance, or a security flag on the account. If a withdrawal is rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason. Contact support if the reason is unclear or if you need help resolving it.

Yes. KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Submit your CNIC or passport through the secure portal in Account Settings. Verification usually completes within 15–30 minutes. Once verified, withdrawals process according to the normal timelines for each payment method. You do not need to reverify for subsequent withdrawals unless Bloxflip requests it due to a security review.
Cricket Betting

Bloxflip covers PSL (Pakistan Super League), all Pakistan international matches (T20Is, ODIs, Tests), ICC tournaments including the T20 World Cup and Champions Trophy, and major domestic tournaments from around the world. In-play betting lets you place bets on a cricket match while it is in progress. Odds update ball by ball based on the current match situation. You can bet on markets like the next wicket, total runs in the next over, whether the next delivery is a boundary, and the overall match winner — all in real time. In-play odds move quickly, so review carefully before confirming a bet. All in-play bets are settled based on the official match result.

Bloxflip offers match winner, series winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs (over/under), first wicket method, man of the match, and many more. During PSL and major international matches, 30+ markets are typically available per game. Check the Betting Odds page for a full breakdown of available markets and current odds.

If a match is abandoned before a result is determined, most bets are voided and stakes returned. If a DLS result is declared, bets on the match winner market are settled based on the DLS result. Individual over markets that had not yet started are voided; markets that had already been completed are settled normally. Specific settlement rules are listed in the Terms and Conditions.

The minimum stake on cricket betting markets is Rs 50. The maximum stake per market varies and is displayed on the bet slip. For very high-value bets on specific markets, contact support to discuss limits. Bloxflip does not restrict winning accounts — odds and limits apply equally to all players.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called rollover) is the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus winnings. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Real money in your account is always withdrawable — wagering requirements only apply to bonus balances. Progress is shown in the Bonuses section of your account.

Yes. The registration form has a promo code field in the final step. If you have a valid code, enter it before submitting your registration — it cannot be applied retroactively after the account has been created. If you missed the field during registration and have a valid code, contact support within 24 hours of registration and they may be able to apply it manually.

Bonuses tied to a deposit should credit to your bonus balance within a few minutes of the deposit clearing. If it has been more than 15 minutes and the bonus still isn't showing, check the Bonuses section of your account first — it may be there but separated from your main balance. If it genuinely hasn't credited, contact support with the promotion name, deposit amount, and time of deposit.
Security & Login

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox within a couple of minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Click it, set a new password, and log in normally. If you didn't register with an email, contact support at support@bloxflip.bet for assisted recovery.

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Security. Click "Enable 2FA" and follow the steps — you'll scan a QR code with an authenticator app on your phone and save a set of backup codes. 2FA is strongly recommended for all accounts. Once enabled, you'll need both your password and a 6-digit OTP to log in. If you lose access to your authenticator, contact support for a recovery process that involves identity verification.

Contact support via live chat immediately — do not wait. Request that all active sessions be terminated and the account temporarily locked. Then change your password through the standard reset process. If any unauthorised withdrawals have occurred, provide the transaction details to support. Also change the password on your email account and any other service where you used the same password.

No. Bloxflip will never ask for your password by email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such message, do not respond or click any links in it. Forward the message to support@bloxflip.bet with the subject "Phishing Report" and delete it. Change your password immediately if you think you may have already responded.
Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. Restrictive changes (lowering a limit) take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before they activate — this protects the decision you made when setting the lower limit. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

Go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming, then Self-Exclusion. Choose a duration — minimum 6 months, with options up to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, closes your account, stops all marketing, and refunds your balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days. It cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, even if you request it. The process takes under 2 minutes and you don't need to speak to anyone.

A cool-off period temporarily restricts your access to betting and casino play on Bloxflip for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or up to 30 days. Your account remains open and your balance is preserved, but you cannot deposit or place bets during the period. Cool-off is useful when you want a break without permanently closing your account. It cannot be ended early once activated.
